"Wonderful stay and overall experience! Despite the construction that so many mention, we had an unforgettable stay that was not impacted significantly by the work zones. We REALLY enjoyed the convenience of the pools, the scenery, and the friendliness of the staff. Our room was clean, modern, and comfortable. I would definitely stay again. Swimming in the crater (which isn't owned by the hotel) was just "meh." I preferred the resort's pools but I suppose the crater was worth it just to say I did it. I would book earlier as the slots fill up."

Every smile, every welcome, and every act of care made us feel like family — not just guests. What touched me most was how much love they showed my daughter, who turned 3 on 11/23. They made her birthday unforgettable! They sang “Happy Birthday,” extended her celebration for 9 more hours, gifted her balloons, a birthday tiara, and even more surprises. She couldn’t stop smiling and saying, “This is the best birthday ever!” My heart was so full. A huge thank you to Glenda, Austin, the receptionist team, Engineering, the Chef & Waiter, the Sparkle Crew, and the incredible General Manager, Scott. The mountain view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, especially in the early mornings. And I have to say… my favorite place was the bathroom. They truly thought of everything! From the perfect makeup mirror to the tub with a built-in seat, it felt luxurious, comfortable, and so well-planned. There are so many more things I can rave about — like the GM decorating cookies and the receptionist with my daughter, staff taking our pictures, and even watching my daughter for a quick moment while I ran to grab something I left on the mini golf cou"
