"Room was squeaky clean, check in was easy and pleasant, and I loved the breakfast bar. Plenty of good amenities in the room and info in the entry about local events. It was really nice having snack options to purchase and hot drinks available all day. I appreciated that the selection of teas included a caffeine free option. I was in town for a race and chose this hotel for its walkability to the starting area, but I would definitely stay again to vacation."

"This is a basic clean well run budget hotel that allows pets. Since we travel with a dog as often as we can, with limited choices of places allowing pets, this is by far one of our favorite chains for locations and price that allows pets. "

When we return from the day and we went by the front desk, the ladies on her phone and didn’t even ask. “how was your day“? We reported to the front desk lady that the heater did not work. She replied that she would tell the people in the morning about it and told us that there were species in closet. But it would’ve been normal to offer to switch rooms since in the morning when I talked to, then she told me the thermostat had been broken for quite a while. Further, in the morning, we could not get hot water in either sink nor the shower. Even the night before we couldn’t get hot water in the sinks. When you put all this to the morning clerk, I didn’t even get an apologies. She wrote iPad paper. Just odd all the way around. "
