This property was quite pleasant. The room remained clean and supplied with all essentials during my visit. Its location offered convenient access to restaurants, bars, and the Old Mill District on foot. I would certainly choose to stay there again.

This is a new hotel. While we worked out a few issues, everything was promptly resolved. Very clean and the staff is wonderful, welcoming and personable. The cafe in the lobby prepared a delicious breakfast for me. I met the chef, who brought out fresh muffins, was delightful. I would happily stay again. Close to the Deschutes brewery for tasting and tours.

The hotel was in a convenient location and very clean. The staff was nice, just a little under staffed maybe. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed being able to play cornhole.

First, the hotel is very nice. Room was spacious and open. However.....sink plug was stuck, so it wouldn't drain, so we had to be real careful how much water we used, and brushed are teeth in shower. Toilet ran the entire time. And the sheer shades (electrtic) weren't working. We were there for a concert so we were too tired to do anything about it but for almost $400?! Feel like I should be getting some of a refund. Couldn't even use the sink! Yes I told the front desk.

My wife and I stayed here for the Matt Rife show. The hotel had been open for about a month. It was very clean and smelled new. The rooms were clean and nice. This is the first time I've seen a barn door on the bathroom that closed properly, which was nice. And it created a better seal than any other's I've seen. The bed was fabulous! Both my wife and I slept great and loved the bed. It was really comfortable and cozy. The only thing we had issue with in the room was the hot water. Or rather the lack there of. With the shower turned all the way up, the bathroom never had a hint of steam. It was the first time that I can remember being so cold the second the water was turned off that my teeth began chattering. Which they continued to do so until I hid under the covers for moment. As for the common areas, they have great seating and space for gathering. The bar is center in the entrance, and the hours were only from 5 to 10. This was disappointing considering the venue and number of people staying at the hotel who attended. By the time the show was over and we walked a block back to the hotel, the bar was already closed. they're missing a big opportunity there. Especially considering the vast majority of the limited number of places open within walking distance. All in all, we'll stay there again in a couple of months when we attend the next show at the amphitheater venue.

Arrived at 6:30pm and reserved room was not ready. Asked to wait until 8:30pm. Some kind of problem with housekeeping—seems it may have been an ICE situation where cleaning staff was arrested or in hiding. Left at 8:30pm when there was still no room available. More communication would have been helpful, even if it wasn’t the hotel’s fault. Hotel bar where we waited lacked glassware, had overpriced, low quality food.
