Our room was so much better than we had anticipated. Comfortable bed, soft new towels, remodeled bathroom. Night and day from other inexpensive options. Front desk was also super nice and helpful. Will definitely return there next time we are in Bend.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was nice. My complaint would be about the noise outside our room every morning. People were extremely noisy. Maybe some weather stripping around the doors and a reminder to guests that there are other guests who do sleep at night and in the A.M.

This day by far was very wonderful the staff and also the managers were very good at making sure everything went as planned I definitely recommend staying here due to the fact that it is above excellence overall satisfied conveniently located next to several good businesses the managers have a way of always being there for you when you need them and are prompt to fix things if anything goes wrong

Carpet was soaking wet. Came up between my toes on my way to the bathroom. Alternative room was extremely poor condition. Ripped up furniture, the full size bed in stead of the queen size bed that was in the original room was higher at the foot than at the head. Tv was very basic and the remote that they finally found did not work with the tv. Basically a low end flop house.
