"Husband and I stayed here for 2 nights before boarding a cruise ship, worked great for us. Comfortable clean room, great location. My Starbucks was minutes away, lots of food choices within 10 minutes walking. Only issue is I had troubles with WiFi but I’m sure it was operator error! Staff graciously let us check in a bit early and was able to pay $4500 yen to stay 3 hours past check out so we could go straight to cruise ship, worked great! I would stay again for sure!"

"Location of the hotel is fantastic - close to shoppings and restaurants. Staff are very helpful especially the Mr. Yoon at the concierge desk. His assistant with restaurant reservations and check out were greatly appreciated.."

"Stayed in Deluxe Twin room for a week. Bathroom has tiled washing area like that of Onsen (hot spring), there is bath chair and basin, and has Onsen-style diverter water faucet. Hotel Amenities include several choices of bath additive with different mineral components to make water (in the bathtub) an imitation of hot spring water in Japan. There is a small massager to use while sitting in the chair. A good breakfast buffet in the restaurant on the ground floor. Few minutes walk to train station, subway and bus terminal. "

"This was a perfect stay. Location was awesome. It is in the same building as a mall with lots of shopping and restaurants. The room was great, especially the bathroom. Very modern.

"Burna ubicación, justo enfrente de varias estaciones de tren y metro. Vista increíble de la rueda de la fortuna (cargo extra) y el puerto. Las habitación estaba muy pequeña, tenia un olor extraño. Amenidades bien, y con sistema de imanes para indicar si se requiere limpieza o no.
Usamos el TAQBIN y recibieron nuestras maletas un día antes, todo bien hasta ahí. Check in eficiente, con terminales.
Desafortunadamente el check out fue un caos, el staff estaba corriendo y el servicio fue terrible. Algunas de nuestras maletas seguían en storage, ya qué en la habitación no había espacio, la persona que me atendió, entre la diferencia de idioma y su estrés por la larga línea, no se detuvo a ayudarme y seguía mandándome al 7Eleven ya qué solo vio mi recibo de TAQBIN. Me tuve que volver a formar, esperar, hablar con otra persona (inglés un poco mejor), qué le pregunto a la chica anterior, que seguía mandándonos a otro lado. Al final tuve que actuar firme y pedirle que revisara sus storage locations, obviamente las maletas estaban ahí y al final pudimos recogerlas.
Recomendación: usar google translate o cualquier app de este tipo. Y esperar o seguir preguntado."
