"First time staying here. Pretty convenient with short walk to Havelock MRT. Facilities are good. Cleanliness is very good. Some feedback to improve is WiFi connectivity, sometimes cut out. Not a fan of the bathtub shower. Otherwise, happy to return again next time!"

"​If you’re staying at the Pan Pacific Orchard, you absolutely have to book the Beach Terrace pool swim-out room. Having direct access to the water right from the room was a total game-changer and made the entire stay feel like a private tropical getaway in the middle of a bustling city. ​Being able to step directly into the pool from my own terrace was incredible. ​ You’re right in the heart of Orchard Road, so the best shopping and dining are literally steps away, yet the room feels like a quiet sanctuary. ​The staff was attentive and the entire property felt fresh and high-end. If you want a resort-style experience without leaving the city center, this is the spot. I’d go back in a heartbeat just for that pool access."

Spa Massages with Pauline, Wendy and Zu were fabulous that we scheduled another treatment the next day with these ladies. Room accommodations to include the dining in room service were great. "Comfortable rooms but a pointless outdoor space - it rains often and is very hot in Singapore so this space would have been much better used to make a proper gym and a larger more comfortable lobby area"
