"The best thing about this hotel is the location. It's a few minutes' walk to the Rossio train station that took us on our day trip to Sintra, and close to many of the restaurants, galleries, and shops in Chiado. The staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming, particularly those working at the front desk. The hotel as a whole felt worn, like it had seen better days. It was tolerable for three nights in Lisbon, but if we return, we will likely spend a little more for a much nicer property all around."

"Breakfast is just so so, nothing special. Some of the staffs are not very nice, except for Filippa. When I requested for a packed breakfast, I requested for a brown/wheat bread, instead of white. The staff said yes, but we still got white bread sandwiches. We will look for other hotels next time we come back."

"Loved this hotel. Modern clean rooms which were a good size with space for cases. Quiet air con, soundproofed windows, modern clean bathrooms. Decent breakfast selection, great location 2 minutes from Rossio metro and Rossio mainline station (for Sintra). Would definitely stay here again."
