The hotel is a short walk from the Duomo and within walking distance of all major sites. "Great location and beautiful room. Hotel is across street from Medici chapel and 5 minute walk to Duomo. The Leather market is a block away and there is an atm and grocery store on the same block as hotel. Many restaurants nearby as well. Will definitely stay here again my next visit to Florence. "

"The two best things about this hotel were its location and the staff. It’s located a 30 second walk from Santa Maria del fiore in one direction and Piazza Republica in the other. The staff were super helpful and accommodated well for our family. The only aspect we didn’t like was the breakfast which was very basic but there are lots of eating places within a minutes walk. Overall, I would stay here again for its location and staff"

"A great location but would not stay here again. No lift and it's 20+ steps just to get to the lobby level. I was told numerous times there was no breakfast (never asked) and although one staff member said I could use the coffee machine, another member made sure to tell me it was really for the staff and they were letting me as a favor? The single room was not functional at all but the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was so tiny the toilet was blocked by the bidet, really bizarre. "
