"Location is right in the heart of Florence. Vendors and restaurants steps away. Our room overlooked Piazza Republica. Our room was large and could have easily slept four people. Room was clean and had all the amenities. The breakfast had a variety of options and everything was very good. The breakfast area does get busy but the staff work very hard to clear the tables. We loved the decor of Hotel Pendini and we would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend Hotel Pendini. "

"The location is perfect. Front desk staff were very attentive. You get to know them because you turn your key in each time you leave the property and retrieve it when you return. If the front desk staff are busy they do not keep you waiting and they pause to give you your room key. The breakfast was very good and there were ample choices. The breakfast staff kept the area clean and stocked. Our room was suitable and the cleaning staff refreshed it each day. The bed was somewhat comfortable. There were aspects of the hotel that could use a refresh but overall it was a good property."
