"Well the good news is that is a 2-up and 2-down configuration and you have the whole propery. So if you like 1960s properties with 1970s decor and old furniture, beds etc then this is for you. There were just two of us staying and fortunately we only used it to sleep in. Adequate but noisy and bright due to lack of proper curtains. Beds old and need redoing and need some refinements around the place. If its being advertised here I's advise the owners to invest.1970s colours, decor and...

It was a lovely stay and the apartment was really spacious, clean and had exactly what we needed, we had a great stay. It was an ok walk into the town centre aswell so if you like walking its only a stones throw away and was perfect for us. Great location, walkable to Manchester centre in about 25 minutes or 10 min Uber ride. Check in was easy and the studio had everything we needed for a short break - no frills and basic but all you need.
The main entrance needs some TLC as the hand rail came off in my hand which was quite dangerous and one of the stair edges came away - which again could be dangerous.

A really nice apartment with all the amenities you need. Ideally placed to see around Salford Quays and quite near the centre of Manchester. The apartment host was very helpful and ensured my stay was ok. Will definitely book again next year.

Very clean and comfortable room, with cooking facilities in the room. Making it ideal during an essential business stay throughout covid. Self check in and check out with a code for your room was also ideal for Covid.
The only thing to mention is, there is a large tp-link above the door which has a green flashing light, this is very bright when you turn all the lights off.

Lovely open apartment. Very clean and spacious, had everything you need. Good location with a shop 2 doors down and a couple of good quality take aways in the same row of buildings. Bus stop across the road so very accessible. 15 minute walk to trams and Salford quays. Would definitely go again.

Found the check in procedure not very user friendly to non techies!! Also applies to TV .. we couldn’t fathom how it works. However the owner DID respond to our problems personally after we had contacted hotels. com
