"Everything about this hotel is great for our night before our cruise. The airport shuttle that’s included. Fast and friendly service. And the next day, the shuttle to the cruise port(also include included in your stay), very organized fast. Couldn’t ask for a more organized clean place. "

Upon entry, had a bad feeling as there were random people working on a car in the parking lot who immediately pointed at my wife and I and expressed an oddly high level of interest in our truck. Chalking it up to just the area, we continued inside. The hotel smelled of sweat, cigarette ash, and cheap cleaner. The hallway was dirty, the elevator had grimy buttons, and the musty smell got worse the farther we went. The hotel room had stained floors, torn bed headboard, and some unknown dried substance next to the refrigerator. We checked out immediately. I've stayed in some ratty hotels, but this one takes the cake as the worst. This hotel needs to be shut down and the building condemned."

"Clean room, mostly friendly staff and a great location on Las Olas."

"Room was clean as well as the rest of the hotel. Staff were friendly. Pool and beach were not so busy during the week which was nice. Wish the room had a microwave. Overall it was a good place to stay for a week with a toddler. "

"Room had dirty floors, smoke alarm went off for almost 30 minutes, and there was no way to call the front desk. I tried my phone in my room twice, it was even plugged in and it didn’t work. Then I called the front desk three different times with my cell phone to find out if they’re actually was a fire or if we were in any danger at 1:45 in the morning and nobody answered."
