"We enjoyed our stay a lot at the Hiramatsu Ginoza thanks to the wonderful and friendly staff! We were welcomed straight away when we arrived and throughout our stay all the staff members were caring and kind. The a la carte breakfast was exceptional and of a very high quality, especially the Western style breakfast. The resort is very clean, quiet and secluded with a beach close by. One point of feedback is that the wifi speed was a bit slow, but otherwise the stay was excellent! "

"As many others wrote the resort is a little old and needs some renovation BUT the room was super clean, spacious and equipped with every possible comfort/amenitie. The swimming pool is fantastic: huge with an amazing view. The staff is super kind and helpful. There is no beach in front of the resort but you can reach the ocean through a stair leading directly into the water."

"Our first time here. We are already back for our second time. We love it. It has everything we need. A place to sleep, shower and ya know. Bed is comfortable and the heat AC works great. Awesome water pressure too. Lots of hot water. This will be our first pick when we come back to Okinawa. The staff is amazing. Professional and personable. They enjoy me trying to speak Japanese and then reply to me in their perfect English. Awesome people make this place even better. "

"房間是榻榻米的，有一個大落地窗，光缐很好，但房間沒有廁所，廁所在房間外，洗臉刷牙都要在外面，感覺不方便，但很乾淨。 浴室是公共大澡堂，很有氣氛，可以泡澡，但有時間限制，第一天晚上洗完遇到下小雨，回房間的路上沒有遮避，不方便。 有洗衣機，烘衣機，很便宜，很方便， 自然生態很棒，週圍都沒商店，要有車比較方便。房間外有超大草坪，也有自己的烤肉區。園區有一些生態行程，但要預訂。"

"It was a pleasant stay for a large family trip. We were able to relax in clean rooms and a beautiful space. Breakfast was enjoyable, as there was an Okinawan style breakfast option. At the check-in counter and the restaurant, in my case, there were staff members who could speak simple English and were kind. But if you want to ask specific questions, it would be better to speak or translate in Japanese."
