One of the best hotels in Japan. Impecable customer service, clean modern facilities and a beautiful property all the way around. Very efficient security on the property despite Okinawa being relatively safe. The breakfast buffet had a ton of western and Japanese breakfast options, all of which were delicious! The rooms were clean, large, and very modern with an awesome ocean view. Would definitely stay here again next time in Okinawa.

Excellent resort! The staff were amazing and very attentive to your needs! We forgot sunscreen lotion and they had some available for our use. The room was beautiful and very, very spacious with an ocean view! No negative comments to share everything was absolutely fantastic!

We liked the hotel, beautiful pools and spa was awesome.The rooms are spacious and clean. But i felt everything was overpriced (hotel restaurants, pool side bar, and daily resort fee20,000 yen).
