We loved the beautiful beaches, pools, and views. Staff was very friendly and we had some of the best massages too. Definitely try the Okinawa citrus dressing for your salad, it was very tasty.

Hotel rooms were beautiful, some hairs on the ground which should not be there. The food is extremely expensive, and not alot of choice for cheap options in the area unless you take a taxi, which is expenaive as well. The pools were amazing, staff friendly, and views were amazing. Do some research and make sure you know the area and what your in for. Overall amazing time.

Lovely hotel.. good food, beautiful big room, nice pool, views and spa. Loved the afternoon tea and happy hour. Only feedback would be the gym is too small and dated and felt like a bit of an afterthought. Also, the bedroom could have done with an iron or steamer. Regarding the shuttle bus.. manage expectations as it doesn’t run too often and is subject to availability. However, would definitely recommend this hotel for a very relaxing and peaceful break.

We had one of the best breakfasts we’ve ever experienced here. The food was fresh, delicious, and enjoyed with a beautiful view that made the whole morning feel extra special. The scenery around the property is stunning, and the small private beach creates a relaxing atmosphere that feels exclusive and peaceful. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and very service-minded, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. We also had a massage that was absolutely amazing. Overall, a wonderful experience that we would highly recommend.

We had one of the best experiences of our Japan trips at this hotel. From the healthy breakfast buffet, fresh juices made from an actual juicer and to the cleanliness and aesthetic detail of the whole resort… Solace and rejuvenation was found. The staff is so hardworking, kind and truly made the entire experience. <3 The Thalasso pool also is a great tool for healing one’s body and everything was world class. We will be returning.

Amazing hotel

Amazing hotel! Staffs were extremely helpful to book us restaurants, transfers etc. very attentive and friendly. The hotel shares the facilities with the sisters hotel next door, which is convenient for one that doesn’t want to drive.

Amazing stay! I can’t say enough about the incredible location! Absolutely stunning view from our room and the restaurants! Staff was just as incredible! I’m gluten free and everyone went above and beyond to accommodate me! We stayed at the terrace club which is a quieter vibe than the sister location but both are beautiful!

If you want a quiet resort right on the beach this is the place. The Thalasso massage pool is a bonus, my wife loved it and was in it everyday. The service crom the staff was top notch. We enjoyed the pool and breakfast more at sister resort which is a quick few minute gof cart ride. The staff at both resorts were fantastic.

An excellent hotel, made fantastic by wonderful staff, great rooms and facilities. The Thalassotherapy pool is an experience in itself and the benefit of being able to use all the Terrace facilities up the hill is an added bonus! Umeki at reception could not have been more helpful.

This was excellent stay, even combining work and vacation. Exceptionally clean, excellent staff, helping a lot from arrival to departure, all with smile and good will. When my wife got sea-sick, our butler went above and beyond to make it easier on her. Loved Thalasso pool, was there every day. Good beach, great snorkeling, many restaurants. Perfect!

Misleading room description

My husband and i booked the two bedroom for our family trip with my mother. When we checked in it was just a bed set up in the living room with no door. Not ideal for three adults. The staff were extremely helpful and switched our rooms to be two rooms. However we had to pay an additional $1500! It ended up being more expensive than The Ritz Carlton!! Once we were in our rooms it was lovely the staff were super helpful and friendly the beach is probably one of the nicest beaches on the island.

Beautiful spacious room with an incredible view. The pools and beach were great and very quiet. The staff was exceptional, attentive and always wanting to help. Only one staff member spoke English, Peem was really great, though it was challenging to communicate when she wasn’t on shift. Laundry facilities were constantly busy and in the “sister resort” which was quite inconvenient. The bed was firm and could use a mattress topper for comfort. Pillows and bedding were perfect. The buffet breakfast and dinner were lovely and definitely worth it. Overall this was a very nice stay.
