"The room was clean and a good size. The staff was helpful and check-in was smooth. They have an area to lock up your bags if you need to with plenty of space. It was a short walk to Shinjuku station, so it was really convenient to get around the area. Would definitely stay here again. "

It was a lovely experience. We really enjoyed it, especially because the airport limo (charter bus) takes you right up to the front door. Super helpful for my parent who has accessibility needs. There were also great amenities in the hotel lobby and umbrellas available on rainy days. Would certainly consider staying again!"
