"The Scarborough Inn was the first bed and breakfast that we stayed at in Ocean City, and we were pleasantly surprised. When my husband suggested staying there, I was hesitant because we usually stay at hotel or home. I was concerned that the usual amenities that we experienced would not be available in a bed and breakfast. However, I was wrong. Our room was spacious and modern with a king sized bed, which was very comfortable. There was plenty of storage space for our clothes and a closet with wooden hangers and a steam iron. We were impressed with the roomy bathroom and shower and pump bottles filled with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I needn’t be concerned that we had forgotten our blow dryer at home because the Inn had included one in the bathroom. We loved the self serve station just outside our room with extra towels, facecloths, soap, etc. The breakfasts were delicious with generous servings, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There were special touches like coffee, lemonade and fresh baked cookies available at the entrance. However, our room was very noisy at certain times. It turns out that the kitchen was right next store and we could hear the banging of the pots and pans. Our room was on the first floor and at night there was a lot of noise over head like someone was moving furniture. Parking was not ideal because the adjacent parking lot was usually full and charged $15 a day for parking. On the whole we highly recommend the Scarboro"

"I enjoyed my visit, the place was clean and the pool was nice. Also, the parking lot was great. The room temperature was comfortable- the in hall air conditioner was very good The stairs were carpeted, this way I was able to drag my suitcase up step by step without damaging it. It was helpful there was a in room refrigerator for water and small microwave. Although not a dealbreaker, it would have been beneficial to have a desk for writing and/or working. "

"First time at The Crossings. Kelly the property manager and Jeff were so nice and accommodating. We were able to stay on the premises after check out and they had restrooms for changing in the lobby. Beach is a 5-10 minute walk and the how you purchase beach passes from the hotel and get your money back upon return is such a great idea. Would definitely be back!!"
