"We had multiple nights we had to combine and asked to stay in same room which they accommodated. We came in early due to Lala and stayed a night later due to cruise ship being delayed also due to the storm. Staff friendly, good location. We will be back in April!"

"First room they gave us hadn’t been cleaned after hauling two heavy suits up a set of steps. Went back to the front desk and told them and gave us other room with an elevator. Had to bring back down 2 suitcase. After that any questions were answered with a smile.?"

"We appreciate that the staff was very quick at bringing me extra pillows quickly. Comfortable hotel. Good breakfast. The power went out due to the Hurricane Lala. Only one elevator was working and we were on the 29th floor. We were able to get down, just had to be patient. Thank you to the amazing staff!"

"The best thing about this hotel is the location. Beach is easy to get too across the street. We had problems with the bathroom in our room and to be moved to another room. The Luau was excellent at the hotel. The food and cocktails at hotel are average."
