"Faultless stay at Indigo in a villa… A* service and everything was better than expected. The beach is not all that nice so we travelled to other areas to enjoy a better beach. The NYE dinner experience was expensive and was disappointing so would not recommend. We expected a 5* celebration however It felt more like we were at a cheap children’s party."

"This was my partner and I’s first time in bali and first time staying in a villa! The accomodation itself was amazing! Clean, spacious and the staff went above and beyond everyday to keep it clean for us. All staff members; front desk, cleaners, gardeners, massage/spa and restaurant were all so genuinely welcoming and made us feel right at home and made our first time memorable. They all went above and beyond and we are so grateful and appreciative of all their efforts and hard work. Villa Jermani has everything onsite room service, free breakfast, tv subscription services, massage/spa, so if you want a relaxing and laid back holiday in close proximity but also tucked away from the noise of the busy streets, pick Jerami ! We will definitely be back :) thankyou to all the lovely staff again !"

"This is an amazing hotel. The staff couldn’t be more delightful and helpful, they are kind and gracious. The rooms are amazing , and have everything you could possibly need. The breakfasts are outstanding and the choice and that it is delivered to your villa anyone 24 hours a day is the best. The thoughth that the staff and management put into your stay is beyond anything I have experienced. The swimming pool in the main area is stunning and so quiet. The spa rivals anything in seriously the best hotels In the world. This property and its superb facilities and exceptional staff including their drivers (Zee the best) is without question 5 star and 10/10. The resort is walking distance from the beach and a minutes walk to some great shops and restaurants. Semiyak is busy, the traffic is crazy, but the tranquility as soon as your return to the hotel is beyond belief- you hear nothing ! Also the entire area feels incredibly safe and welcoming. "

"House keeping was amazing, always friendly. The buffet breakfast suited Asian and Australian and other cultures and the customer service was outstanding. The bed was comfortable and suited to our request. Great location with immediate access to laundry, massage, dining and shopping. Close proximity of walking to the beach. Reception staff were also amazing. We stayed 3 weeks at Horizon and could not fault it. "
