"Centrally located and really easy to get to Penn Station. Walkable to Times Square, Empire State Building and 42nd street. Friendly, helpful staff. The rooms aren’t big, but fitted two queen size beds in and we didn’t spend much time in there so were fine for our needs. Most importantly the room and bathroom was clean with essential toiletries and towels refreshed without even asking! Apparently the gym was useful too for my son’s needs. The staff on the door made us feel safe and secure. I stayed with my two teenagers. Would completely recommend. "

"Great place to stay. I know I have seen people complaining about the elevators but outside of the high traffic morning times, it was easy breezy. The longest we had to wait in the morning was maybe 5 mins to get down to the lobby. I would stay here again if I am in Times Square. "
