Finding the entrance to the hotel was the only problem, l understand directions are being added to their advices.as the hotel is on the 7th level above the car park, the views over the old Town, and up to the Schloss are superb. It is very close to all attractions shops etc. The staff were especially helpful.

Travelling through the pandemic my stay at the Chester hotel was a very confident experience. The staff where very knowledgeable and decontamination procedures within the hotel where very good. Very big and comfortable room. Very recommended stay if travelling to Heidelberg.

Everything was perfect! A bit disappointed that the buffet dinner didn’t had more choice suitable for children, but this is personal to every family. One of our children has a very limited diet and couldn’t find nothing that he would eat.

Excellent hotel, wonderful staff and the room was perfect for our needs. A little damage as the coat hooks were falling off the wall but everything else was superb. Car park expensive but no choice and would prefer to have the €50 deposit taken in cash etc so you get it back immediately instead of 3-5 days.

First room clean but on having a bath when water was going bathroom flooded
Reception were not too bad but wanted me to stay while they got the room fixed after me saying no change my room they did that
Parking gets full quick night staff was not that helpful but managed to get car parked ( after long 14 hr drive last thing I needed )
Second time of stopping , on good bus route into town so that was a plus
