Lovely hotel, staff and amenities. Best night sleep ever

101% amazing from start to finish. Staff are very very helpful and very knowledgeable and friendly. Setting is amazing would recommend so much.

We stayed at Hotel Jackson for 4 nights from the 13th June. The hotel had only been open for 2 days and we were a little worried as to what to expect. The hotel was fantastic....the location perfect for the town and Yellowstone Park, the few small issues we experienced were due to the newness of the hotel but were dealt with both promptly and efficiently by the staff. We visit the USA for vacation 3 times per year and stay in luxury hotels and this hotel is certainly up there with the best of...

Great staff, lovely hotel, very comfy bed and huge bathroom and to top everything the breakfast was excellent

we had a brilliant stay in Jackson. The Alpine House is a perfect place to stay if you want peace and quiet after your trip to Yellowstone. The staff are extremely accommodating, it felt like a home from home. I wish I could remember everybody's name but I can't. one person comes to mind was Corey who drove us in her own car when we we going to meet a long lost cousin from 35 years ago. well done the Alpine House and I hope we get a chance to visit again. Food excellent. Honour brilliant!

A very well presented and thoughtfully presented lodge

Amazing!

Where do I start? Well the staff are outstanding. A big shout out to Brendan and Jade who are absolutely amazing! All the staff were friendly, helpful and fabulous. The breakfast was brilliant and the location is awesome. A few minutes walk to all your local restaurants and shops. We stayed in a suite and the amenities were great, a very well equipped kitchen plus toiletries, robes and clean towels every day. Any small issue we had was dealt with politely, professionally and promptly.You...

Just as advertised. Clean and comfortable and affordable option to visit the Tetons.

Very helpful staff, got us a room when another hotel let us down

We really enjoyed our stay at the Anvil hotel, its location is right near the town square and is about 5 a mins walk, perfect for when we went out for dinners and drinks. It’s also located on the north of the town centre which makes driving out into the Tetons easier as you don’t have to drive through the busy town square. The room was tidy, and had decent air conditioning. The property advertises parking but it is very limited, so it’s down to luck and timing if you manage to get your space....

Very convenient stop on the 89 road to or from Yellowstone. Old fashioned comfortable hotel with super-helpful and welcoming staff. No elevator but staff carried our bags upstairs for us. Restaurant was quite good, best ribs I've had for a long time. Just one thing - the bath was very clean but did need a coat of paint or replacement. We were worried that our room overlooking main road would be noisy but by mid evening it was very quiet. A good place.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, the bed was very comfortable, shower was excellent, hotel service was outstanding, we would highly recommend.
