"I was having a difficult time sleeping and went for a walk around midnight. When I returned, my key card did not work. Ok, not a big deal. I went around to the front desk, and waited for over 20 minutes without an employee around. I had to wake my wife to let me in. I understand situations like the key card happen, but to not have any staff working the front desk is a bit over the top..."
