"Front desk staff is always amaZing but maid service horrible they do not know how to clean rooms i always have to clean behind them door handles dirty mirror dirty trash can filled with trash toilet oaper roll underneath sink vents to ac unit horrific and main maid lady very rude disrespectful and inconciderate she needs to be retrained with customer courtesy n communication skills "
