"The room was great. The staff were extremely friendly. I had requested a crib in the room online, and it wasnt there when we checked in. We told the staff about the problem and within 5 minutes they brought one up for us. Amazing service and I will gladly stay here again when I visit Omaha."

"Beautiful hotel. Clean and rooms were great. Beds were super comfy. Only thing I could say needs improved is parking costing an additional $25 for the hotels garage. Also the housekeeping staff are very loud (shouting down the hall at each other) and block the hallways on both sides making it hard to get through. "

"Yes, it was spotless and very comfy except for the one side of the mattress, but otherwise it was very good. The food was good. The hostess were good.!!"

"One of our two rooms had a massive stain on the bed from make up! Told the front desk about it he wrote it down and said he would let house keeping know! Was disappointed that the pool was not working and half the one hallway was closed down so had to go around! We have stayed here before so that is why I had choose to again, don’t know if I will the next time and this place is close to a family member another reason it was picked! Front desk staff seemed to care and understand the needs of the people checking in. Housekeeping sure need to do a better job at that side of making rooms look presentable."
