The air conditioning unit had an outdated thermostat with buttons that made it difficult to comfortably adjust the temperature, the coffee maker was dirty. At the time of check-out, I attempted to inform the front desk about these issues. Unfortunately, the staff member showed little interest in addressing the concerns and simply responded, “Sorry, you are all set,” without offering any assistance or further acknowledgment.
