I thought it was part of check in. But No, it was a contest to rate the clerk. What a hassle when I was trying to just get the car parked and into the room."

I had requested an early check-in, and I understand that sometimes it may not be possible, but the person seemed very uninterested in trying to help. Even when the check-in time was already very close, they were not willing in any way to try to speed up the process. I did not find the service friendly at all. Also, I chose to stay at this hotel because of the pool, and it was not working. I did not see any notice about this when I made the reservation."

They provided a delicious breakfast for my person taking me to the hospital. I would highly recommend people staying here. There are several good restaurants around and parking was very easy."
