"This was a decent stay in a comfortable room in an area that I felt safe in. The breakfast was decent every morning and it was never too crowded or missing any food items. The only complaint I have is the lighting in the room itself. Everything was on sensor lights so anytime I made a move or to go to the bathroom the main light came on which became very inconvenient. "

"Generally a very nice hotel. Escalators to lower level with not working all weekend making it difficult for people with mobility issues."

They have nice facilities and got me everything I needed and more. The room was definitely clean and has every amenity I needed besides a fridge and microwave."

"We stayed here because of the closeness to the airport. We missed our connection flight at Chicago O'Hare airport and were forced to spend the night in Chicago. The shuttle to the airport the next morning was a great perk. Check-in was quick. We were stranded without luggage and the free toothbrush and toothpaste were really appreciated. "
