"The room was very clean and well appointed and smelled lovely. King bed and pull-out couch worked well and we even had a kitchenette. The bed was very comfy, couch not so much. We were asked if we wanted the bed pulled out and made to which we said yes and it wasn't done. When we asked about it that night we were told it wasn't a service provided but were given sheets. Great location and amenities. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Even got bottles of water at check in. Breakfast in the morning, although we didn't partake, looked good and there was plenty of it. Coffee was good too. They had coffee and cucumber water in the lobby all day long which was nice."

"The room was extremely small which isn't a big deal and although it looked clean at first, we saw the walls looked really dirty or stained & we kept finding long hair everywhere. The room was not kept up as in the floor was very worn with large dirty gaps which is definitely not a housekeeping issue. The bed was very nice, clean & comfortable and the towels were very clean as well. The staff was absolutely welcoming, accommodating and extremely pleasant. Overall, the rooms need to be maintained/renovated - as I said, I don't think the condition was a housekeeping issue but a maintenance issue. For the price, it's a good stay."
