Appear to be pretty new. Rooms well decorated and clean. Fine dining restaurant was very pleasant. Staff welcoming. Signage outside could be better - no valet parking yet and not terribly obvious where you have to go.

Used hotel as an overnight stop on way to Virginia Beach after arriving at Dulles Airport. No other reason for stay other than it was en route. Looks a very new hotel on a new development site. Room was a good size, good air conditioning and a lovely bed. Breakfast was $11 and was buffet style. Basic offering but chef available to cook omelettes, etc. which made it worthwhile. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff, super clean and comfortable.

Comfortable and clean

All of the above, the staff s where very helpful

Clean room, comfy bed, great TV. Would have liked coffee making in the room but there was free coffee in reception. Room had a microwave and fridge. Pool nice as well.

A very pleasant stay for one night before our flight home from Dulles airport. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. We had a clean, large 2 Queen beds room with all facilities. Unfortunately, the bathroom sink was cracked which was a little disappointing. There was plenty of choice for breakfast (cooked to order) at a reasonable price. The indoor pool was warm, and there are plenty of good restaurants a short drive away.

This hotel is located perfectly but compared to other 3 star hotels in the local vicinity it could do with some tlc. The staff could do with a uniform so they are easier to identify but they are generally nice.

The team were so kind and helpful - couldn’t have made our stay more comfortable!

Best b&b host ever, i had a great time and breakfast is delicious!
