"On arrival we put into rooms 17 & 18, this is in another house, 2 houses down the street, it was absolutely shocking, disgusting, something cooking in the kitchen that was stinking out the whole house, no keys for the rooms, no WiFi, no minibar, no kettle, no premium bedding! no remotes for TV, our one rooms door handle was broken! on complaining to the young training manageress we were moved into the main house, still no kettle in the rooms. the other guests were very loud. we were never...

"As we arrived at the property around 16h00, we phoned the property manager and he told us that our booking has being given to someone else by hotel.com. He told us that the mistake was done by hotel.com. I had children in the car and we had to look for another booking at the last minutes. I would not recommend any body to book at Waikiki Villa to avoid last minutes disappointment."
