Amazing hotel with wonderful staff

Loved my stay here, dinner in restaurant was amazing and breakfast outstanding. Staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Even gave us a lift to train station so we could eat breakfast. Outstanding.

Receptionist Alessandra was very helpful and help us giving the right indication. Location is brilliant

This was our sixth stay at the Bussola as Orta is somewhere we visit regularly. For the first time in a few visits we ate here too. We had forgotten how good the food is and having dinner and on the terrace overlooking the lake is the perfect location to enjoy it. The menu was different on each of the two nights with enough choice for most people. The only minor criticism from last time, paying for WiFi, has now been resolved and it’s free like most hotels. Lovely, friendly hotel with excellent staff.

Hotel molto carino e accogliente vicinissimo al centro di Domodossola. Personale accogliente degno di una vera accoglienza all’Italiana. Stanza molto carina con tutti i confort necessari. Ritorneremo sicuramente. Bravi.

We picked the hotel as the picture appealed and the room met our expectations of something really different. The shower was brilliant! Breakfast offer nice and varied.

Very nice, friendly hotel overall in a great location for those arriving by train. It is a 15-20 minute walk to Orta San Giulio but if you are reasonably able bodied it's not really a problem, we went there and back 4 times in two days and were fine! The room was modern and clean with a balcony and a nice view of the little terrace. The only problem we had was that they had forgotten to put towels in our room, which they rectified immediately when we asked them. The breakfast buffet was lovely,...

I understand there are several rooms in various locations under this hotel and we were part of a wedding party with several staying at this hotel. I understand some rooms were not great but ours was fabulous. We had a very large room overlooking the main piazza and the lake. It was stunning. Breakfast in a nearby restaurant in the same square was fantastic too. We had a wonderful stay.

This is my second visit all the staff can't do enough for you i had to ring and inform them I was going to be late checking in as I had problems they told me that was OK they even kept the restaurant open
