"I’d booked two rooms in January and requested connecting rooms as we were travelling with our friends from Australia. When we checked-in we were informed that the room category we’d booked didn’t have connecting rooms and that the rooms we were currently assigned weren’t even on the same floor. We were given a complementary room upgrade for one of the rooms so that we’d at least be on the same floor, which I appreciated.
Although the rooms seem a bit dated, they were clean, the beds were comfortable, there was a fridge and microwave.
We found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating.
We didn’t use any of the amenities, so can’t comment on that.
Overall we were pleased with our stay and would stay here again. If travelling with a group though, I’d highly recommend booking directly with the hotel."
