The bathtub was awkward to shower in - it had a sloped bottom and all the ledges on the surround were sloped so it was difficult to place shampoo and conditioner

Thus used to be my go to hotel. It has recently changed management and quickly went downhill. No restaurant on site anymore, no maid service when we were there, A/C in our room didn't work, dirty carpet in our room. The front staff always has been great and still is but that's about it. Time to find a better option in the Soo.

Checking in was easy and fast, and staff answered all the questions i had. Casino was a near and also the shopping mall was across the street so it was convenient also border crossing was near by if you wanted to check out the USA
