"The location is fabulous, within easy walking distance of train. The room is no frills but as the wall said, it's everything you need. The beds were comfortable, 2 pillows per adult. The bathroom is very small but doable. My husband and adult son didn't mind the wet shower, I elected to use the gym shower. I think it's fabulous there is an alternative if you want a normal shower. There's quite a few "gathering area" which are very nice and comfortable. There's a theatre room we didn't use but would have if we stayed longer. Also wonderful to have onsite luggage storage and shared laundry facilities were great because you could do more than one load at a time. Only con, a few more hooks in the main suite & bathroom would have been helpful given tight quarters. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again."

"The rooms are decent, and the beds are comfortable, however, the comforters don’t seem to be regularly treated for dust mites. If you have allergies, this might not be the best place for you. The staff lost my laundry, and after having it for more than 26 hours and gave it back to me unwashed."

"Basic and comfortable room - amenities are limited but good if all you need is somewhere to sleep for 1-2 nights. Great location and helpful staff - official check in is from 3pm but I was able to get in to my room before this, so is worth asking. I experienced some noise/music late into the night, presumably from a nearby bar but this is a trade off with the central location."

"I booked a superior room for three nights, I got a nice room but it was an inner room with absolutely no view just other room windows about 2 metres away. Opening the curtains did nothing to let any light in. I ran out of shower gel on the second day which was not refilled. Nor was it refilled on the third day despite me leaving a large note in the shower asking for it to be refilled. The room was not cleaned after the second night despite being empty most of the day and me not hanging a do not disturb sign so I had to ask for it to be done so. They did clean it after I had asked but left no towels. I mentioned all these things to reception on my check out to which I was assured I would be contacted by hotel management, but I’ve heard nothing. I wouldn’t stay there again despite the excellent location."
