Friendly, competent staff. Good location for town. Great breakfast which you can also enjoy on the terrace overlooking the gardens towards the Caracalla Spa. The hotel is immaculately clean.
We had garden room 106, which was very nice and spacious. This room has 3 quite high steps between the sleeping area and the entrance where the bathroom is. You can’t see the steps at night unless you put the lights on.
We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Smart but comfortable, efficient and friendly. Beautiful hotel and grounds, and all the staff were great at their jobs (and nearly all spoke very good English). Pool and spa area were a great experience.

The beds were comfortable enough, the internet worked great, even when we had several devices connected. The staff are helpful and friendly. Friendly, welcoming staff. The room was clean and fresh. My room looked out onto the main road but, with the windows closed, i couldn't hear much from outside. There is air conditioning available but I did not use it as it was autumn weather. Very conveniently situated, being close to the station and the old parts of the city
