"Beautiful old hotel in a great location right across from the castle and in old town- very walkable. The service was top notch and the views at the restaurant were unbeatable.

I dont recommend using pool area with kids as stuff doesnt care whats happening. A few couples was literally acting very inappropriately in the pool and in front of the kids. there was no warning at all..they should have said adult only pool area...."
"I left this hotel two days early because of unprofessional staff and a toxic environment. Within the first minutes of a massage session, employee Gökhan acted disrespectfully. I reported it calmly, but nothing was done. He still sits at the spa reception, continuing the same behavior.
The local managers have no authority. Even the woman manager had to call higher bosses instead of acting directly. It’s also obvious the staff are underpaid and unmotivated, which shows in their behavior....

"I traveled to Ankara for a conference and I was very happy to stay at VE Hotels. This hotel is located in a quiet area in the heart of the city. Staffs were very professional and welcoming. Within ten-minute walk I could find metro station, wonderful local restaurants, and shopping streets and malls. Their breakfast was nice, and I really liked the desert and hot dishes they provided, too."
"We stayed in the suit room as a family. Beautiful, clean, comfortable room. Good views, and the best bathroom we have had in a hotel with a specious jacuzzi. Location is great with restaurants and a shopping centre. At your doorstep. We enjoyed the breakfast, but as more of a business hotel, perhaps the choice was a bit more limited for kids. Pool is good, small but hi enough. No child pool though if this is a consideration for you. Great service and staff. Overall an excellent stay and one we would return to "
