"The hotel was excellent in every way — beautiful property, great service, and wonderful rooms. However, I had an unpleasant experience at the multi-cuisine restaurant. I saw a guest pick up a lime from the buffet, squeeze it into his mouth several times, and put it back. Staff saw this too, but despite confronting him, they still allowed him to remain and continue dining. This was very disappointing and makes me question the hotel’s commitment to hygiene. "Property was atleast 2-3 kilometres inside from the main road. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The room however had some challenges like - the bathroom as soon as I opened had stench even though it was clean, the mica of the furniture was coming off (dressing table and near bed), the mirror of the dressing table was old and needed repolishing done, Dustbin in the cabin was steel type (had rust in bottom).
