"I was on a multi-day road trip and stopped in Jacksonville for a concert at the Florida Theatre; the Riverdale Inn was an easy 5 minutes or so drive to the theatre. The inn itself was excellent. Easy to find, easy check-in, friendly staff. It's an older, historic building (which I love) in a fairly quiet neighborhood. Comfortable bed, soothing shower. Quiet. I'm not a breakfast guy, so I can't comment there. This is a nice place that I would stay at again. "

"Easy walk to the historic district. I can see a potential for parking to be tight (depending on vehicle size) but had read other reviews so we got there early and was able to park with ease "

"Booked a room in the main building but since they were replacing the carpeting, was upgraded to a suite in another building closer to the river. It was a very nice room. My only criticism is that, even though no smoking is allowed, the bathroom smelled of old smoke and coffee. "
