"Nice hotel, comfortable beds and friendly staff. The issue I have is the property tricks you by titling itself as an “airport” location, which it is not. Unfortunately I trusted the name and assumed the hotel was at the airport. It was a $45 cab ride away. My bad not checking but the name is purposely misleading."

"Very poor . Arrived in evening and no hot water . Was told they only have 1 hot water tank for whole hotel by one staff member . TV not working . Called to desk and second employee offered to move us as no maintenance on site and said therefore nothing g could be fixed tonight . Moved to second room and still no hot water for shower and now phone not working . Maids left used peanut butter container from previous occupants and tub was not sparkling clean as it should be . I would not stay at this hotel again as they need another water tank or maintenance guy on site whatever excuse was the reason . 2 star at the best"

"Upon check-in, the room smelled like someone had just smoked inside, and the toilet was clearly used. We went to the front desk to report it, and instead of properly addressing the issue, the staff offered us a spray. After explaining again that the toilet had been used, we were told to bring all our belongings downstairs ourselves so they could change our room. The second room was not any better, the fridge was extremely small, and the main light in the room was not working. We called the front desk and were told they were aware of the issue and that someone would come fix it, but no one ever came. Front desk staff was also very unhelpful. We politely asked if they could help store our cheesecake in a fridge, and the response was simply “can’t,” with no effort to assist or provide any customer"
