"Not the cleanest hotel. 1. On the second bed in our room the sheets were not changed. Still had sand in the sheets and dirty foot prints on the white sheets. We talked to the front desk about it and they just dropped off some extra sheets. The room was not prepared correctly. 2. It took four days for them to fix the problem with the TV. And on our fourth night the.problem still wasn't solved. So for four night we watched the endless circle of death. We weren't happy about that. 3. The floor was just dirty. My wife ended up mopping the floor and the amount.of dirt that came up off the floor about made us move to another hotel. Let's not end things on a bad note. So the hair dryer stop working on day one but was replaced immediately. Second the shower head was clogged and fixed within the hour. So they are trying but need alot of help on cleaning. The room beach view was amazing from the balcony but arent they all in Panama City Beach hotels? We'll most likely pick another hotel when we return back to PCB."

"The Staff was very respectful and professional. Answered all my questions. Room was cleaned very well. They made sure motorcycles had spaces up front for security reasons. The grounds were cleaned a couple times a day. Several places to eat and drink within walking distance."

"There is not a rating low enough for this place. It’s junkie the room was dirty and there is riffraff trash living in the property cigarette ash everywhere smoking pot spitting on the sidewalk property is in disgusting Repair. I am 68 years old and that is the most nasty worst place I have ever stayed. Run away from this place. The adjoining door to the room next door was unlocked. There was noise continually all night, long from people yelling and making other sorts of noises. It was so bad. I propped a chair against the door to create noise in case somebody tried to come in. Just overall nasty and disgusting. And the room was dirty."

"I had a big roach in my room. The water was not hot and had to be turned off the next day for an hour to fix the issue. The microwave in the room kept making the power go out everytime we tried to use it. But other than that we had an ok stay …."
