The best welcome ever, the receptionist a blond lady were super helpful, 10/10 in knowledge, I had to book for the sauna and gym and the girls were super helpful at that time. One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. Absolutely beautiful and the decorations for Christmas were stunning. We loved spending time in the lounge area by the fire, the breakfast was very tasty and the hotel is in the perfect location. Would highly recommend. My ownly fault, and this isnt unique to this hotel, is that we paid an additional price for our four month son to stay (which is expected). Beautiful building, very nicely decorated and cosy interior. Excellent location to walk around the town and close to the station. Nice bedroom with a very comfortable bed. Large bathroom with an excellent shower. Great breakfast buffet and good coffee. I loved it !

Close to the Central Station so a handy location for the eurostar. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Great base if your happy to walk (or cycle) to the main attractions. I was on the 2nd floor on the corner and outside noise was not issue. At points you can hear the trams rumbling but I didn't find it intrusive. They have a fun little bar that does great cocktails!

I have never stayed at this hotel before and I will 100% be returning. Super clean, fantastic finish and the bed sheets were so soft! Couldn’t fault a single thing. We stayed on a Saturday night (on floor 9) and you could hear a tiny bit of noise from local streets but did not disturb our sleep one bit. All staff were super friendly too. Fab location too. Brilliant Christmas stay, great staff

Loved the style / decor of the hotel and the home from home service (cheese and wine buffets, bar and hot drinks, mini bar in room all included). Very relaxed. Helpful staff. Great position - walkable to town centre and museums and overlooking canal. Numerous dining options in the local area. Good breakfast.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Apex Dundee, our room was really comfortable and spacious with a fabulous view across to the Tay Bridge and V&A. We ate in the restaurant and bar and everything was fresh and tasty. Looking forward to coming back!

Far and away my favourite hotel in central Amsterdam, for either business our tourism. Great location within easy walking distance of the main tourist areas but in a quieter location. Beautiful interiors, welcoming and friendly staff. Drinks and snacks in the blue room are a nice perk before and after a long day of business or sightseeing. We were at the Avani Museum Quarter hotel in August of this year for a weekend. Main purpose of travel was to visit Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh museum and this hotel was perfectly located being within few minutes walking distance. We had booked canal view rooms which were wonderful. Good selection of breakfast. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Nabeel at reception for all his help. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Having stayed at the Hotel over the years we were aware,this time that the dining arrangements are now so expensive as to make one of the restaurants not somewhere we would wish to eat . Other than that the hotel is still somewhere we would happily recommend for position, comfort and the amazing staff

Staff were lovely and extra helpful. Place was clean and well appointed. Location was absolutely perfect. Not on the very busy roads but right in the heart of Amsterdam.
