"This establishment is advertised as a hotel but it is an upgraded motel. The rooms were clean and the staff helpful. However, we had several concerns. The water was having a yellow coloring in the kitchen and in the bathroom so it did not seem drinkable. The hotel did not feel safe. Someone was knocking on our door late at night the first night and tried the code to get in. The hotel restaurant had a friendly staff, but a very slow service. We had to wait about 25 minutes to order breakfast and then when we finally did, we were informed that they ran out of two items that we wanted to get. The hotel offers an EV shuttle, which is great but when we called to get picked up from the beach, we were told that we would have to wait for about 2 hours. "

"This is the worst “hotel” that I’ve ever stayed, it’s worse than a motel. It was smelly, dirty and the bed doesn’t even have a flat sheet, just blanket and a thin sheet on the top!? I’ve never seen this before. I would not recommend this place to my friends. "

"Maybe understaffed? Lobby bar service was beyond terrible. After waiting 30 minutes for service , I left. Very disappointed after a long day that I had to leave to find food. Room was big but awkwardly laid out, missing furniture pieces perhaps. Shower was either scalding hot or cold. Bed was nice. Unfortunately the ac made noise and kept me awake all night. Overall, terrible for the price. "

"Huge disappointment! Property was not as clean as I was expecting from online reviews. Elevators not working. Vending machines not working. Advertised mini-golf on site, but they charge $12US for a crappy, not maintained putting green. Air conditioner in our room made loud noises 2/5 nights of our stay to the point we couldn’t sleep at all, and manager offered NO compensation. Lounge chairs around the pool were smashed together so tightly, you couldn’t access from the side. The one on-site restaurant served low quality, expensive food. Would not recommend this property at all. "
