"Overall the stay was great. The bed was a little hard, but that's a personal preference. Had an issue with the refrigerator and tried to call to front desk for help, but no answer. I had to go down to the front desk to ask for help. The front desk person didn't seem too concerned even after I told her that I had leftovers that I didn't want to spoil. We had two people to come up and fix the refrigerator shortly after. They were helpful and kind, they offered to take my food downstairs to the refrigerator. I very much appreciated that."

"Loved our balcony room. Cozy bed. Great staff. Easy walkable location to the Royal Mile and Victoria Street, the fountains and the Scott Monument. Overall central location. Pool is nice too. Highly recommend a balcony room."

"Beautiful room with a king bed and separate living room. Bathroom very nice. I stayed a week and it was so comfortable to have the space. Highly recommend this place. Right across the street from the hop on hop off bus as well. "
