"Yes, as the name suggests it is mini. Rooms are tiny. Having said this, Hong Kong is not cheap. I come often. This hotel is very conveniently located right near Causeway Bay MTR. You have shopping, restaurants and convenience stores all around. Good central location to get around Hong Kong Island and Kowloon. Very clean, basic but does the job. "The room I stayed with my daughter is nice. Small but clean. If you don't have too many luggages and ok with a small bathroom where the toilet and the shower are not separated, it's a good choice. The location is convenient. Many buses stop right outside of the hotel and the mtr is about three minutes walk. Tiny bit of noise from the cars outside but not a big deal. It's one of those things you compromise when you pick a convenient location like this hotel. Tons of shops and locals restaurants...
