property was good in new condition n food was costly but very tasty...Car hire charges are very high...Otherwise , staff was very co-operative.

We liked the ambiance of this hotel,all the staff were very professional and welcoming the minute you walk in,the surrounding cleanliness, food choices and variety of breakfast and the head chef NIKHIL is always there to help and make you the dishes of your choice provided you let him know day or two, otherwise overall very very good.definately recommend it.5/5

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Immaculately clean and decorated. Very comfy bed, best shower! amazing pool, Fantastic food, excellent customer service. The ady pn reception particularly helpful. I loved it, it was a gorgeous place. easy booking of airport transfer. Only negative is over pricing of services. The staff are genuinely happy to help guests. Rarely seen & experienced this level of service. A special thank you to Mr. Vignesh who went out of all the way to help us find our medicine during the wee hours. Can't afford to miss out on the delicious food from the restaurant, the Chef made sure we've had priorities sorted. Rooms were extremely clean and the housekeeping girls made us feel homely. Loved the day we spent at the hotel.

Fantastic staff and the best restaurant we have ever eaten in! A good alternative to Fort Cochi which isn't as nice as is made out to be! The street is very busy but our windows blocked out all noise. Would highly recommend.
