I rarely rate properties but this hotel is simply amazing. 10/10 , amenities , staff , restaurants, location, atmosphere, design. Would happily return to this Okinawan paradise. Breakfast options were also fantastic.

Far off the beaten path is this very peaceful hotel, Agato-san has made something truly unique here. The owner and staff are very attentative when needed but very respectfully absent to enjoy your own space and time. The room itself is wonderful, a true amount of care has gone into the design and function has been blended with form seemlessly. Anytime i return to Okinawa i aim to be here for my escape. Thanks again

We enjoyed our stay a lot at the Hiramatsu Ginoza thanks to the wonderful and friendly staff! We were welcomed straight away when we arrived and throughout our stay all the staff members were caring and kind. The a la carte breakfast was exceptional and of a very high quality, especially the Western style breakfast. The resort is very clean, quiet and secluded with a beach close by. One point of feedback is that the wifi speed was a bit slow, but otherwise the stay was excellent!

Spa is wonderful and relaxing. You should use every day Staff friendly and provided good advice. Car always ready when we needed it Food really good and filling including breakfast and cocktail hour Room very comfortable. We had requested sunset view not realising that it overlooks the entrance and carpark rather than straight out over the beach/sea Nothing was too much of an issue. There are other restaurants in the same hotel resport som you could stay on site all the time...

Great hotel with large rooms. I stayed as one person in a twin room and there was ample space with a separate kitchen/dining area, and balcony with a fantastic view of the sea. Staff were also very friendly. The hotel is situated next to a bus stop with options to take you to Naha City and the Airport. Lots of dining options within the resort and within walking distance.

Really excellent boutique pension well located quiet and fantastic meals by host

This is a lovely villa, spotlessly clean, well equipped with sea views. Beds are very comfortable, showers hot and strong but the bedroom thing is an unusual set up. You enter into a hall which has a toilet and bathroom with washing machine and tumble dryer. You then step into a bedroom with 2 double beds and a spiral staircase off this 1st bedroom is another room with 2 doubles beds. This is the only bedroom which is private. As you go up the spiral stairs there is a low mezzanine floor...

Wonderful hotel with impeccable service. Really quiet and clean pools, good onsen and attentive service. We stayed in the Club Wing, and the lounge facility is great. Only downside is the local beach - perfectly clean and has many lifeguards, but man made and has no marine life. It’s not far to another beach in Bise that is fantastic for snorkelling though. For us, this was only a small drawback and the whole family left wanting to stay again.

Friendly and courteous staff, housekeeping very forthcoming and service-oriented. Room absolutely clean, amenities have been replenished every day. Beach with wonderful water close to the Hotel ; Beach itself clean and in good condition. Hotel facility well maintained with beautiful flowers and palm trees.

Amazing hotel with all the luxuries. Spacious rooms with great sea views, very clean. Many dining options. Couldn’t ask for more!

Traveling with kids, they both enjoyed the facility, such as the pool.
