"Great pool for lap swimming The staff were great and really helpful, especially those in the hotel’s restaurant who really went the extra mile. The Ossotel is an older property but is very well maintained and in a great location"

"We have stayed here for the past few years and absolutely love it! It is a very quiet, relaxing place to stay with fantastic staff and just a quick walk to Garlic Lane. Would thoroughly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a little hidden gem in the middle of Legian. Really looking forward to our next trip here 😃"

"This hotel hasn’t been maintained at all since I stayed here 12 years ago. Toilet flooded the floor & ran constantly, air conditioner also leaked water. Breakfast very basic but staff very friendly & obliging. Disappointing as the position is fantastic."
