Do not order the breakfast pastries. They were stale at least a two days old. The rooms need updating, especially the bathrooms. "I am writing to formally report a service failure during my recent stay. Housekeeping services were requested multiple times (at least four occasions) but were not completed. This issue was escalated to the on-site manager, who acknowledged that the failure was the hotel’s fault and apologized; however, no resolution was provided due to the reservation being made through a third party. This experience fell significantly below the standards expected of your brand, particularly regarding basic room maintenance and responsiveness to guest requests. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate compensation be considered and credited back to my original form of payment. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding the outcome of this review. Thank you for your attention to this matter."
