"The property was fairly clean, could add a few paint, but overall the staff was amazing, from the front desk receptionist to the room attendant they were all warm and friendly like a true Jamaican. Love it"

"The resort property is beautiful and well maintained. Staff is helpful and timely with handling requests. The entertainment team (especially KK, V6, and Freshhh) were the highlight of my family's stay. There was a good variety in nightly entertainment."

"All the hotel and room were very clean and well maintained. There was some construction going on that caused some disruption but the tries to minimize it as much as possible. The beach was ok but had some weeds in it. Pool and lazy river very good. Not a lot of activities being promoted by staff though"
