"It was very clean. The food was amazing everywhere we want to eat. The food was 10 out of 10. The rooms were huge and beautiful. I gave an average rating for the hotel just because it was under a lot of construction, but it was very beautiful and the staff I feel could’ve been nicer and smiled more. Sometimes I would catch people rolling their eyes and just being very dry, but when we went on tours the staff on the tours and excursions were amazing very friendly very nice. I do have to say, though the stuff that I’m saying was very dry was in the buffet only everywhere else they were good and amazing and the energy was there"

The resort was absolutely lovely, offering a beautiful setting that made our stay even more special. The food was outstanding, with a fantastic variety of options and themed nights that kept every meal exciting. It was a delight to indulge in different cuisines and enjoy the vibrant culinary offerings. The staff truly made our trip exceptional. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, but I want to especially acknowledge a few staff members who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable: Nardia, Horace, Ocean, Red Bull, KK, Too Short, Konkrete, and Mickey Mouse. Their warmth and attentiveness made us feel right at home, and I am deeply appreciative of their kindness. I can't wait to return to Iberostar Resort. It was a wonderful experience for both me and my son, and we look forward to creating more memories there! "
